I met this adorable family through my cousin who lives in Dallas,

and I was so honored when they asked me to take their family pics!

 Joanna is rather choosy when it comes to pictures and photographers so

I was beyond thrilled to hear that she loved the pics and was very excited to use me again! SCORE! :)

We took these pictures at the most beautiful park in Dallas;

 I fell in love and can't wait to go back!

Elissa and I have been friends for years- the story of how we met is priceless and we laugh about it all

 the time. { I'll save that story for another place and time ;) }

 

 We have remained close friends for all these years and our boys are 1 year apart- so its fun

 to get them together !

And I love to play with baby caroline- she's the cutest blue-eyed baby ever!

 

This family is dear to me and did I mention they look like they walked out of a magazine?!

That's one GORGEOUS fam!

I haven't known Joni for very long, but she's the kind of person that you warm up to instantly!

 

I was SO excited when she asked me to take their family pictures.

 

Reid was hilarious that afternoon, making funny faces and saying CHEESE. He loved taking pictures.

Anna Grace was more reserved (just like a lady) but warmed up to the camera later in the shoot.

And baby #3 is on the way!!! Can't wait to see that sweet new addition coming soon :)

 

They are such a cute and sweet family, I really enjoyed my afternoon with them!

 

 

 

Ava Kate & Owen {NWA Family & Kid Photographer}

 

In honor of Ava Kate turning 1 this month; we had a little photo session with

her and big brother Owen!

 

Owen was so excited to

get his picture taken....even though it took a little bit of convincing him to smile at first!

But he came around soon after his mom and dad promised him a

new train as soon as they were done :)

He REALLY wanted that train so he was more than happy to get his picture taken!

 

Ava Kate was ALL smiles from the beginning! She loves that camera, and the camera loves her!

I can't believe she is already turning 1; she is just the cutest and happiest little girl.

  

I'm so glad I had the chance to take these sweet pictures,

they are some of my favorite images :)
